Since this makes me laugh every damn time I look at it I have decided it can no longer be kept secret from my friends. If you have ever been on a diet, and particularly if you were on a diet in the late 70's or 80's, you are pretty much guaranteed to get a howl out of this site. As an added bonus, all that laughing will probably burn a couple of calories.
